Updates
I'm up to chapter 20 of The Darkest Lie, so Gideon's story is really moving along. I think there will be 30 chapters, but only because I've never gone over 30. However, I might just do it this time because I don't yet see the end. In any way. I have no idea how to tie up all the threads. I'm not worried, though. It'll come to me.
I can't believe Seduce the Darkness will be in stores in just two weeks. I'm so ready to talk about Devyn with readers :) In fact, I'll be doing a chat at the Lords of the Underworld message board -on its official release date, Tuesday, June 30th, at 8 pm Central. I'll post a link closer to time.
Back to writing. Once I finish TDL, I'll be working on the sequel to Intertwined. I know exactly how I want to start it, too, so I am really looking forward to diving into it.
Many of you have asked where my darling partner in crime, Jill Monroe, is. Well, she's hard at work on her next fabulous books, but she's also giving one away. Details are at her blog.

I hope you have a wonderful writing day...10 chapters to go...you can do that with your eyes closed, at least at the rate you are going...if you go over 30, better for us...

Congratz accomplishing so much, Gena! You know that as the fans and readers of your wonderful books, we don't mind that they are longer. :) Besides, no need to rush the end just to not go over 30 chapters. As Paula said, if you go over 30, better for us, lol.
I hope both you and Jill keep it up! I wish that my husband and I had the same drive as you, but we kind of fell out of the habit of writing...again. :( It gets hard sometimes and we just stop. We need to get back to it, and making excuses doesn't help. We just gotta go it.
Anyway, take care of yourself and can't wait for the next Lords book to be out in stores!

Gena, There are not enough word to thank you for working SO HARD just so that we can get our GENA FIX!!! The time you spend away from friends and family just to give us the stories that we love is greatly appreciated by this Gena groupie and I am sure that the other ladies (and men) feel the same.In my opinion you are the head author GODDESS of all paranormal romance authors. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your "children" with us and their life struggles and the women (and men) who love them into who they are today.We bow to you oh Goddess Gena.

So glad to read you are working hard on Gideon's book. What is the name of his love interest?? Hmm..???? Wish all three were out at the same time - Sabin, Aeron and Gideon, and soon. Thank you so much for keeping us fans posted on all that you are working on. Too bad some of my other favorite authors can't do the same by using a blog. So easy and keeps us rabid fans happy! LOL

i'm sorry that ur having a rough spot. i'm writing my first book and i had a rough spot for a mounth but its coming aloung nicely now. wrote 2 chapters in the past two days. write on cant wait for u book. which by the way barnes and nobel says its in stores in august and i thought it was september? is it coming out early or are they just mistaken?

Glad to hear you're starting on a sequel! :) I'm sad that I'm almost done. I haven't read any today. It gets like that w/ me. I slow down to prolong the end. It's too sad. Really. Because I do it with my most favorite authors! :(

So many awesome books came out at the beginning of June, and so many more come out at the end! I need to start putting aside an extra book budget just for the month of June each year. My summer reading TBR is INSANE! Luckily, I have a LOOOOOOOONG plane ride to Australia (for a study abroad program, yay!) that will give me plenty of uninterrupted time to read.

Keep rockin' on Gideon. I still can't wait for Paris. I so want him to find his HEA, or at least his two time gal. It will KILL me to wait till Aug for another LOTU installment. Please let it be coming to Canada in July. It is painfull waiting for Dev. I have re-read my other AH books and am about to re-read LOTU. I had to re-read all my DH books by Sherrilyn just to do the facebook game. Have an awesome day, Karia in Canada
