Good News Friday!
I mistyped yesterday. I was up to chapter 12 of Gideon's story, and today I tackle chapter 13. So it's good to be a chapter ahead of what I told you :)
Next week is the blog party with Deidre Knight. And we'll even be doing a chat on Thursday the 11th over at the Knight Agency chatroom. 8 pm central. I'll send reminders out next week.
You can hear an interview Margo (my amazing HQN editor) and I did at the Harlequin Art Expo here.
What's your good news?
I am glad to hear that Gideon is coming right along. I am having an Elmo party this weekend for my daughter,s 2nd birthday. I hope everyone has a good weekend. I just want to get through mine.

Gratz on the chapter Gena! Keep up the wonderful work, and as you know, you have all of us rooting for you.
We're going to the Oregon Coast this weekend and staying for a week. I'm excited about it. Only thing I'm sad about is that they were FINALLY having a Renfair here in Idaho for the first time and I have been wanting to go to one so bad for years. And it is on the day we leave...tomorrow. :( I'll just have to cross my fingers for another one someday.
Anyway, have a blast with the Deidre Knight blog party next week! And good luck with any other chapter you write.
-Happy Birthday to your daughter Jennifer! My daughter just turned 2 in April and we had a blast doing a Spongebob Party :D

My good news? I FINALLY got a chance to read Playing With Fire. Wow! I thought Belle was the coolest gal you've created, the story was just plain awesome, and I would love to see a series!

Unfortunately I do NOT have good news today. :(
Quite the opposite: I was laid off, again, today. :(
I'll be home for now on out doing house work, school work and hopefully a bit of reading and blogging. :)

My good news is that school is finally out and I can have summer vacation...I still have some comments to write, but that's okay...I am also going to tackle some writing this summer and maybe take a road trip across the country with one of my college friends...that should be quite an experience...I also have a clean bill of health...
I hope that you have a wonderful writing day...

My good news is that I got through another busy week with many end of school activities. One more week to go plus cub scout camping this weekend and its hello summer!
I agree with Cecile that Paris should talk you into writing his story next. Although in reality, if that happens, we likely won't get to read it until 2010/11 since you've got 3 Underworld stories yet to come out (Sabin, Aeron and Gideon). :(
Keep up the good work, Gena! And thanks for keeping us posted on what you are working on. I wish more authors do what you do to keep us fans happy. You are a treasure!

yay for Gideon's story. It's definitely one I can't wait to read. My good news: I just finished Suzanne Collins' sequel to Hunger Games (Catching Fire) and it was as good as I had hoped and my best friend is coming home from Iraq in a few days.

HI! I'M GLADD YOU HAVE HAD A GRETA SUCCESS. IT'S A SUPER GREAT NEWS THAT YOU ARE IN CHAPTER THRIRTEEN OF GIDEON. HAVE YOU WRITTEN MORE ABOUT AMUN??? I WOULD LOVE TO SEE INSIDE HIS MIND AND FEELING TOWARDS HIS FRIENDS. I JUST LOVE HIM. I HAVE READ MANY BOOKS WITH MYSTERIOUS CHARACTERS BUT NONE OF THEM INTRIGUE ME LIKE AMUN DOES.
PS) READ VAMPIRE'S BRIDE AWESOME!!! AND THE NYMPH KING ON THE WAY!
