Good News Friday (a little early)!
My news (that is not good) is that I did not start Gideon's story. I was out most of the day. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!
My good news, however, is that I saw the cover for Heart of Darkness, the anthology I'm doing with Maggie Shayne and Susan Krinard. I can't wait till I get to post it!! It's very sexy. Oh, and this is the collection that will have The Darkest Angel. Will a Lord of the Underworld oil wrestle someone in this story? Only time will tell!
We've updated the website in several places. First up, the FAQ's. I talk about what I'm working on, which of my other series/books are most like Lords of the Underworld, why I've written ebooks, when those ebooks will be printed, and who's next for the Lords. Second, there's a new Pictures page. You guys have seen all the pictures posted, though (I believe). There are only a handful, and we'll be adding more as I travel and attend writer-type functions.
What's your news?
It's taken two weeks, but I am finally getting over my cold. I feel like jumping for joy. It's been a long, miserable two weeks.

Good news? I got to see Star Trek earlier than I thought I would so that makes me happy! And I have Sunday off so I might go see it again!
And I breezed through the FAQ that you had a link to and I now have a question...The Darkest Prison???? Is that the short you just killed your hands writing the other day? And I am now massively curious and my brain went into overdrive considering all the possibilities!

Oh, Gena, I get so excited when I read your journal since, in a way, I get to communicate with one of my favorite authors :D! Seriously, though, I think you're my favorite romance novelist!
Anyway, back to your post :) I love all the new pictures especially the one with you, Jill, and Kresley :)
I really look forward to reading The Darkest Angel! I've been intrigued by it ever since you wrote a little info about it month or so ago :)

Darkest Prison is indeed the short story I just wrote. And I think I forgot to post Darkest Angel on the upcoming releases, as well as Darkest Prison. Yep, just check. I did :) We'll get those added soon -- and with covers!!

My nephew had a fever of 103.5 he's only 16months old. We gave him a bath and some motrin now he's waving and playing. Im so happy he's feeling better.

My good news is that it's Friday! And I survived a *long* day at work with only three broken nails :-D
Oh and I *highly recommend* your stuff on anyone remotely interested in paranormal romance - I love that I get paid to gush about my favorite authors :)

I finished my college courses this week, yeah! Now I have a nice, long summer break. No courses 'till the fall. More time for me to read my sexy, steamy paranormal romance books. Lucky me, I can never get enough!!!
